Used but in good condition, this 2009 Rascal Eco 3 mobility scooter from Electric Mobility originally sold for £999.

CONDITION

This is a used scooter. Mechanically it is in good condition. Cosmetically it is good but there is a small crack in the foot plate where two of the small holes have joined to become one, as shown in the photos.
